Blackmore Achieves a Silver Medal from EcoVadis for Sustainability Performance - Again

After completing a thorough assessment of Blackmore Ltd’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices, we are delighted to have been awarded with a Silver

EcoVadis Medal again for sustainability performance as we fall within the top 15% of all the global companies assessed. In fact, we were only 1% away from achieving a Gold medal (top 5% of all companies assessed). Blackmore was presented with the Silver medal as we

scored above 30 in all of the four themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

The EcoVadis Silver Medal is one of several environmental accomplishments that we have been working hard to achieve at Blackmore, including

• becoming a Carbon Balanced Printer in partnership with the World Land Trust (only 1% of UK printers have achieved this so far),

• achieving the BPIF Seal of Excellence (including an environmental assessment),

• installing solar panels,

• investing in a greener fleet and state-of-the-art machinery,

• switching to renewable energy so that all our print is powered by 100% renewable energy.
